My boyfriend and I had a great trip to Mexico, thanks Kari at Stellar Travel. She took care of everything, got us a great airline rate and put us in Secrets Maroma, it was an amazing resort! We actually got bumped up during our stay to their 5 star hotel, Zoetry for 2 nights. We?re planning to go again next April! Thanks Kari! more

EXCEPTIONAL! 5/18/2011

We used Stellar Travel for our trip to Hawaii last summer. Initially we were going to take a cruise and Sheryl gave a consice list of three cruises available during the time we wanted to travel and to where. She explained the differences and gave me an idea of what would be best for our family. We have a 5 year old so we wanted it to be fun for her and us. We ended up changing our mind because my in laws backed out on us so we decided to go to Oahu. Sheryl wasn't annoyed with us and was extremely helpful in planning our Hawaii trip. Sheryl helped us pick out a hotel which I was quite greatful as the one I suggested that I found on my internet search was too far from the beach. We ended up with a great hotel close to the beach with a view that was unbelieveable. Sheryl also booked activities for us so that we didn't have to worry about it when we arrived. Everything was in place and ready for us to have fun. I will never use another travel agency again. Stellar is exceptional.\r more

Our company has used Stellar for over 7 years and we just love them. We book domestic and international travel – complex, changing itineraries and all of the agents at Stellar have done an outstanding job making sure our employee’s travel is handled quickly and efficiently and with a smile – best customer service!! In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with a trip, delayed flights etc. they are always there to help get the traveler a hotel room or different flights whatever we need they take care of it. \r I support executives who have demanding and ever changing schedules – I work closely with Tim at Stellar and he knows the travel preferences of the executives as well if not better than I do. When a change is necessary a quick phone call and everything is handled. \r Susan has been exceptionally helpful in working with hotels for corporate rates – she did all the leg work. We got all the benefit.\r The agents help us monitor our travel costs according to our company guidelines and are able provide reports for a accounting dept. \r Many employees have also used Stellar to book personal vacations and have found them to be exceptional in the leisure as well as business travel. \r \r Pros: Best Customer Service more

Worst Customer Experience Ever 2/8/2008

Stellar Travel provided us the absolute worst possible customer experience when we engaged them to help us plan and book our honeymoon. I can only guess that they spent absolutely no time researching the cruise they recommended because they booked us on a 55 and older cruise. We were easily 20 years younger than anyone else we saw on board. \r \r In addition, Stellar lied to us about our room details (really, seriously, flat out lied), misrepresented ship amenities, and when we had no choice but to disembark on the 4th day of the 15 night cruise - Stellar was of no help - despite their claims to ""be there before, during, and AFTER our vacation"".\r \r When we took this up with them they admitted fault and offered to help us get a partial or full refund. When we decided to act on that recommendation they changed their minds and instead we got a cold response from their legal department claiming that they had no responsibility for the quality of the cruise. Their customer experience manager/owner, Susan Bluhm, didn?t even care to respond to us directly. Nor did any one of the several agents who passed us around during our planning.\r \r For a company who claims to have such a customer centric benefit Stellar should be ashamed. They made NO attempt to make this right. This was our honeymoon. It meant nothing to them but we'll never have another Cons: No accountability, no attention to detail, no response, bad-information, HORRIBLE choices. more
