I was referred to Doctor as the best Dentist in Staten Island and while I've moved to the north have stayed loyal. He's fabulous, talented artistic and authentic. He has fixed broken teeth, repaired crowned, helped me in emergencies... and basically kept me going the entire time. I recommend him highly - and with pleasure. more

I used to go there every Friday and have fun with friends and family......... I'm mad than Frndly's closed down, but at least they still have an Aplebees. No more McDonalds and 99 cents stores. Pretty girl is gone. Since 2004 the mall began going downhill it would of have 16 stars, but now it's still good. It isn't as big as the Garden State Mall in Wayne, New Jersey or Joysey lol, but they have a Macy's, Sears, Claires, Icing, Jewelery stores, Spencers, Essentials (Beauty Store) CVS, Ambercrombie, Hollister, a food court, botiques, antique store, booth stands, kids stores, music store, electronic stores, apple store, newer technology stuf came out. Lots of emo kids guys and girls luv shopping there, especially the teenagers. The prices went up, but not skyhigh or too bad. The have a carousel. more

Great office. Staff is very nice and respectful. I went in for a check up and a cleaning. The hygienist was very nice and friendly, did a great job with the cleaning. The doctor wasn't the most friendly or talkative of people, but he was nice and told me what work i had to do. He noticed things that other dentists never noticed. When I went back for fillings, he did an amazing job, i didn't even feel the needle. will definitely go back. more

The staff, especially the dentist was so rude and unwelcoming, acting if it was he had to owe a huge debt to humanity, you choose to be a dentist. Under a 2 minute diagnosis, he didn't tell me but spoke in russian to his assistant and I had to ask what he just said. Further he was annoyed by my questions, because he couldn't believe i had the nerve to ask questions, who does this guy think he is? this dentist at staten island mall dental told me I have 4 cavities. Today I went to my new dentist and I have 0 cavities. be careful if you go to this dentist, it seems theyre just out to con you. The only good, I saw in this office was the receptionist, she was very helpful and nice. more

I should have read the reviews here and on other sites before going to this place. The dentist has NO bedside manners AT ALL! He walks in the room and does not greet you face-to-face; instead, he checks out your file and speaks so low that I had to ask him to repeat himself several times - and yes, he was annoyed by this! I had to get a filling from a chipped tooth. When the procedure was complete, I asked him how long the tooth would be sensitive for. He answered in a sarcastic tone, ""if I knew that, I would play the lottery and win!"" What an arrogant, pompous _____!!!!! An approximate time frame would have been helpful - he is a DENTIST after all!! Unfortunately, I had to come back to get a general cleaning b/c I did not have medical paperwork verifying that I no longer had a heart murmor (I had listed a ""slight murmor"" in my file - completely understandable). SoOoOo, I got the paperwork and brought it back on the day of my general cleaning appt. Do you even think they asked for it?!?!? NO!! The girl who cleaned my teeth was not gentle at all as it was painfully obvious as I cringed and squeezed the heck out of my hands & legs as she conducted the cleaning - when I told her I was in pain, she ignored me and rushed through the cleaning. When it was over, she didn't say a word (no have a good day, no follow up, no advice, NOTHING)!! Actually she did say, ""6 month follow up"" - I walked out and needless to say I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Already have another dentist that I went to before and should have never left but the mall is closer to where I live, so I switched - BIG MISTAKE!! I would rather drive the few extra miles than EVER give these RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL people my business again!! more

Everybody in this office is rude as hell, but when you met the dentist you find that everybody was really nice before in comparison. He was really mean and rude, and when I asked him something he screamed at me!!! My advice if you are there, get the hell out, and if you are planning to go, you better change your mind! The office looks decent and the receptionist was nice but the rest of the staff were awful. The doctor was unpleasant the moment he walked into the office, rushed through the diagnosis in five minutes and after I asked him a question became very rude and annoyed. When I came back to the office he was rude to me again. Not the kind of doctor I would trust with my teeth and definetly not the kind of doctor you would want to go to. i live in brooklyn. and the staten island mall (SIM) is all white compared to my local brooklyn mall kings plaza shopping center. it's worth the time fo rme to drive. stores are slightly cheaper and the people are nicer. they are hot guys and people close to my age. people there are family oriented and i like that. and they have a applebees if i want my happy hour. Pros: cheaper than brooklyn Cons: can be a far commute on depending where you are more
