The service with this agent is not what it used to be, in my opinion. In the past, Mr. Martin would personally handle issues himself. He would promptly return phone calls and emails, and go to bat for you with his underwriters and adjusters. Today, Mr. Martin delegates most—if not all—matters to his staff, who, in my opinion, provide a fraction of the service Mr. Martin built his business on.
