Amazing and Efficient! 7/5/2012

Wendy, I would like to thank you for your help in a recent matter on a policy. Also to take this time to tell you that I think you and your office are amazing and efficient. I was an agent for 25 years and would still be an agent if I had staff as great as you and others in your office. Isabel is lucky and I am grateful to be one of your policyholders. The ease that you appear to have in getting things done is wonderful. Thank you so much for your help. more

A wonderful agency, worry-free experience 4/12/2011

I like the Isabel?s Munoz? agency. They are always attentive and helpful. I never feel rushed or ignored when I go in or call, they make me feel welcomed. I have never had a problem or a claim, but if I don I don?t worry because I know I will be taken care of. more

Surely can't complain with this level of service 4/4/2011

I like the customer service. When it came to the claim I had I was helped by the company and the office. The claim rep in the office went over the coverages and procedures for the claim. When I needed a rental car I had the appointment done really fast. I can?t complain about the company I?m with. Alexander G. more
