I just had the pleasure of dealing with Alice Harbeke, a state farm agent. I live in Canada, so our conversations were either phone or email. She was extremely pleasant, well informed and very helpful. She made purchasing insurance easy and simple. I think she is doing a great job representing the company.Thank you more

The service that Mrs. Judy Rogers provides me and my daughter is beyond OUTSTANDING! She has assisted me for years and always is educating me on different products that will benefit my daughter and I. I have been so impressed with the quality of customer service that I have received from both my agent, Wendy Heazlit and the owner, Lynn Hennessy State Farm Insurance. I personally have been involved with other agencies and was settling for over-priced mediocre; like everyone else. I am receiving better coverage at a substantial savings. They are one of a few vendors that I am willing to stand behind when I refer them to my clients more

I would first like to say how I really appreciate the professional and courtesy your office gives to me everytime I call or stop in. I have been with Lynn for close to 26 years now and not once have I had a bad experience. I would also like to say that we have had to use Reliable Glass repair twice now and both my ex wife and I are very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. When they give you a time that they are going to be at the house they always meet that time and more than likely they get their way before they say they will be their. As I told Wendy on the phone if I had any say so in the selection process I would make them the exclusive glass repair for your office they are that good just like everyone in your office. Thanks again for the great service. more

Lost My Job 12/18/2009

I lost my job. They helped me reduce my premium temporarily, wrote short term medical and rolled my 401K over. It was a relief. Just have to find another job ! Jan D more
