Coffee is more than a beverage, it's a lifestyle. As any coffee snob or caffeine aficionado can attest, expensive coffee does not necessarily equate to good coffee; prime example is starbucks. The beans are consistently over-roasted, WAY past acceptable limits of a city roast.
With regards to the actual Starbucks establishment, the ambience is very pleasant, the staff aims to please and the restrooms are fairly clean and accessible. This is as close to cafe culture as a the 'burbs will get -- just because it's one of few choices, doesn't mean it's the best.
Pros: Nice ambience, Fairly clean, Nice pastries
