I'm not sure where that parent was that said teachers are rough with the kids. No way. Some parents blame teachers when they don't even want to take care of their own children, so I wouldn't listen to that last review. The school has awesome teachers who all have college degrees in early childhood education. They make all the parents attend a really good positive discipline class at orientation so that only parents who believe in positive discipline keep their children at this program. I've had my toddler and preschooler in two other schools and neither of them came close to this one. The thing I like best about this child careis that the teachers and directors always respond to parent's concerns. They have two conferences a year and telephones in the classroom so you can call anytime. They also have a new digital monitoring system so you can watch your child in the classroom if you don't trust the teachers. I really, really like this place and don't understand why that other parent felt the way he or she did. Also, they always have a waiting list, so if you even think you want to get your child in this place, you have to go do a tour first and then get on a waiting list, but I definitely think it's worth it!
Pros: Teachers are awesome, really nice, and really know what they're doing.
Cons: You usually have to get on a waiting list, but it's not expensive
