Love it! 10/3/2008

Great center. They have Spanish, music, and dance at no extra charge. My preschooler can't wait to go everyday. I don't even know who reads these reviews, but for what it's worth, I think it's great. Pros: Nice Teachers, My child has lots of friends. Hardly any turnover of staff Cons: A little out of my way more

Best Preschool in Snohomish County! 10/3/2008

You've got to got see this place. Never mind the person who probably didn't pay their bill and got kicked out. If you are a professional and know something about early learning programs, there isn't a program around like it. All of the teachers have college degrees! where else can you find a place like that? There is so much love in this place. I'm totally happy with this school and if you go there you will be too. Pros: REasonable rate. Great teachers. Director actually cares! more

Agree Unhappy 8/13/2008

I agree with the parent who stated that the children can be handled inappropriately. On several occassions I have seen questionable and uncalled for behavior by the staff at Starbright. I would not recommend this facility and dishonesty is a very big reason I recommend you look elsewhere. I have seen children mishandled and put in conditions I would not approve of. Please do your homework before sending your child here. These are the years that shape your child for the rest of their lives. more

Gentle Touches and Parenting Classes 7/17/2008

I'm not sure where that parent was that said teachers are rough with the kids. No way. Some parents blame teachers when they don't even want to take care of their own children, so I wouldn't listen to that last review. The school has awesome teachers who all have college degrees in early childhood education. They make all the parents attend a really good positive discipline class at orientation so that only parents who believe in positive discipline keep their children at this program. I've had my toddler and preschooler in two other schools and neither of them came close to this one. The thing I like best about this child careis that the teachers and directors always respond to parent's concerns. They have two conferences a year and telephones in the classroom so you can call anytime. They also have a new digital monitoring system so you can watch your child in the classroom if you don't trust the teachers. I really, really like this place and don't understand why that other parent felt the way he or she did. Also, they always have a waiting list, so if you even think you want to get your child in this place, you have to go do a tour first and then get on a waiting list, but I definitely think it's worth it! Pros: Teachers are awesome, really nice, and really know what they're doing. Cons: You usually have to get on a waiting list, but it's not expensive more

Watch your kids. My son was handled rather aggressively at this school. We liked their program but not their teachers who on more then one occasion lied to us. Will never ever recommend this school unless you don't carehow your kid is handled. Pros: Good Program. Wait till your kid can talk before entering. Cons: Untrustworthy so called profressionals more
