Flat screen TV console. Three deliveries, three damged pieces of furniture. The first delivery was 3 weeks late, I refused it because one of the legs on the console was missing a large chunck of wood and the front of the console was severely scratched. The second delivery was worse. For the third delivery, I asked them to keep the console in the box until they delivered it to my door. They did. However, the box arrived with large rips from what appeard to be a fork lift accident (i.e. the forklift ramed the box). When we lifted the box off the console, large gouges were on the side. When I called customer service to ask for a fourth replacement, they said that they only do 3 replacements and that we were being too picky. DO NOT BUY FROM STAR FURNITURE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I would rate these guys ZERO Stars, but the website makes me pick at least 1.
