The instructors here are wonderful, the owner is not. I joined a week ago. Unfortunately, I had a cut that was aggravated by the exercise.. I guess I was so excited to join that I didn't wait long enough after donating. First time donor. I cleaned it all up and wiped down the counter, at least I thought, and re bandaged myself in the bathroom and was fine. I know it was gross, but the doctor had said I would be fine by the time I got there and I was embarrassed enough by it. Well, the next day I got an angry call from the owner. Basically, the day after I gave his business my money, he called me (reiterate He called Me) just to tell me I was inconsiderate. I told him I DID think I cleaned it all up and that I wasn't the sort of person to just leave someone with a mess intentionally. You'd think he'd stop there, but he continued with some sort of what-were-you-thinking speech to berate me further as if he didn't believe me. I would have continued going if he apologized, but he didn't. Who calls a customer to yell at them for an accident like that?
