Standard Heating and Air Conditioning installed the furnace in this house over 20 years ago. I called them at about 8:30 this morning; long story short, before noon Standard's technician Nathan had arrived finished diagnosis and installation and was successfully testing the completed repairs. He was friendly, courteous and efficient, and the whole experience was top flight, just like before when I've called Standard. Great job! Thanks much. more

We discovered our furnace was not working at 1pm yesterday. By 3:45pm Dave from Standard Heating & Air was already at our house, and within minutes, the furnace was fixed. Thank you for the great customer service - as a first time customer, we are delighted! more

Just reached my ten year mark with my furnace/ac with Standard Heating. Usually just yearly clean and checks, once had a problem in winter and they came out so fast and fixed it, the house wasn't cold for long. For the last many years the same maintenance person come out and I enjoy the knowledge and reliability of this consistency. Must be a good place to work too. more

Awesome Customer Service 1/17/2009

Furnace ""red-tagged"" on Friday. Called on Saturday and they were at our house 30 minutes later going over options. Two places didn't even call back - at all!! Decided to go with them Sunday late afternoon and they were installing Monday morning. We were not happy with the way something went and they came out promptly to do it the way we wanted. Would absolutely recommend. more
