I have always considered myself a go-getter, adventurous, physically active, and not easily defeated. However, I have NEVER had upper body strength. NEVER been able to do Pull Ups, NEVER pushed up, inched up, planked up. NEVER able to work on my arms without them shaking and wiggling and giving out.
It has been three weeks...8 sessions....8 hours and now this ""Lovely"" can NEVER say NEVER again. I CAN Pull Up, Push Up, Plank, Inch Worm and Dive Bomb, oh my... Thanks to Stacy's unwavering support and knowledge that I COULD. No other training session, trainer, etc. has guided me to this level of strength in such a short time...
