St. Vincent Carmel is a great place to have a baby. Though it's a smaller hospital, you don't sacrifice care.
Though the rooms are smaller than some hospitals, the services are excellent. Room service is available, and every new mother gets a free massage.
I really enjoyed the nurses who took care of me and my baby.
The family lounge offers fresh cookies for patients and their families and there is also a refreshment room for those late night cravings after room service is closed.
Since this part of the hospital is new everything is very nice and up to date. All of the post partum rooms have flat screen tvs on the wall.
Though the NICU isn't equipped for very sick babies, the care we received there was excellent.
