I don't believe they have .99 cent meals unless there was a change in their restuaurant these couple days.... which i doubt. St. Anna is your typical Hong Kong cafe that serves westernized Chinese foods. I recommend their milk tea and their daily meals are like under $5 and it's very good. After hours are also cheaper. Their fried chicken with a hot bevrage is like $3 after 3 I think. This restaurant has been around for a long time so it's usually packed in the afternoon. more

Saint Anna Cafe Shop 9/30/2005

They have some great stuff that they sell inside. Most of the stuff are 99 cents so you can't beat that price. But the only thing is that some of the stuff they sell inside are not that fresh. . But no worries, most of their stuff are pretty good. Hey like I said, you cannot beat 99 cents. It's a great place to find a whole bunch of cafe goods at decent prices. more

Good Cafe for Snacks 9/17/2005

This cafe is considered a "gong sik sai chan" restaurant which roughly translates to a Hong-Kong style cafe which serves both Chinese and Western food. I like their chicken wings here as well as their macaroni soups. You can also get Chinese drinks like hot milk tea and red-bean-ice drinks. The food here is good, especially for the price. However, the area around here in Oakland is not so good and I wouldn't suggest coming here late at night unless you park right outside the restaurant. During the day time this place is great, usually filled with lots of Chinese people! more

St. Anna is a great place for American food in chinese style. They have baked spagetti, french toast, fried rice, sandwich and lots more. It's a chinese cafe which can be unusual to the American eye. They have a daily special and also a tea time where the food are discounted. I love going there to eat western food in Chinatown more
