my 16 year old son went to this store in Westfarms mall looking to get a tux for the Plainville high school senior prom. When he arrived with his prom date the woman taking his measurements was very short with him. He had never gone for a tux and did not know what to order. The sales woman told him that he had to get this certain tux even after he told her he wanted the lowest priced tux. After paying $145.00 for a tux that is after a so called 20% discount she was very rude to the kids. When reviewing the tux at home before the prom the pants were pressed very poorly and the tie was creased in a few spots. This was my sons first prom and he wanted everything to be perfect. when returning the tux to Westfarms i expressed my feelings to the salesman and when i told him most of my sons friends only paid $80-$90 a tux he looked on the computer and stated "oh in Plainville" implying that Plainville is lower class than WHTFD . I work with the public and I plan on telling everyone I know that this place should not be used for any proms in the future because they take advantage of young adults. Oh and i forgot to mention I called the store before returning the tux and was told their base renting price was $118.00 where did the $145.00 come from?
