This review is regarding Sprint services in general, as well as service we have received from this Lynnwood location. If they don't change and improve their customer service skills, I really don't think Sprint will be around for much longer. We got a family plan almost 2 years ago and we all got the Rant phone. BAD CHOICE!! I have never had so many problems with a phone before. All 3 of our phones have so many problems consistently that I don't have time to list them. We just got my daughters phone replaced 3 weeks ago and after the 1st week of having it, it was already having issues. Internet not working, strange messages, texts not coming thru...so I called and they said " you can only get a different phone if this one has been replaced THREE times within a 6 month time period." Really? It has to come to that before any kind of customer service kicks in. My phone has issues too and been replaced before, but now that it "appears" to have corrosion on the battery...they won't replace it at all. Even though there were problems before this corrosion. We will NOT be renewing a contract with Sprint.
