The flowers I order were beautiful, but it is NOT what the picture showed. I even paid more for a "Deluxe" arrangement. Last time I ever order from here. I expect an honest arrangement for my money even if I am not there to hand pick it personally. more

I LOVE buying flowers, I've bought flowers for girls since I was like 12. I even loved buying flowers for girls in school when they were having a bad day and I would send them anonymously. I have purchased flowers in probably every City Between Provo and Payson let me tell you these guys are the that secret gem in the community. They really care about you and how things turn out. They always do a fantastic job! My father-in-law was running late on his anniversary and was meaning to purchase flowers on his way home. These gals stayed open for him like an hour! So he could get flowers. I have referred them for flowers at my cousin's weddings and both were beautiful. My grandpa's funeral we got the flowers here, and I get my wife flowers from here. I am a LIFETIME CUSTOMER! They have the best price. I asked the owner why she doesn't charge more she said "because I'm not in this to get rich, I love what I do and it makes me happy" I own Lindstrom Insurance Agency in Mapleton I have no affiliation with them other than me being their customer you can call me personally my contacts are on my website and you can ask me my opinion of how amazing these gals are. more

There is no reason those ladies shouldnt have 10/5 stars! they bend over backwards for you! they are the best price around half of what others cost! every time i go in there they are excited and awesome! i am a customer for life and will never go anywhere else to buy flowers! they made me a wrap one time and i didnt like how it looked so as i was there they changed it to better suit my needs. i'm lucky to have found them more

Sent my wife an anniversary bouquet (we were apart for our aniversary this year due to traveling) and it was so bad she took them back to get a new bouquet. The owner was very rude to her about it, but gave her a different bouquet. Then to be sure she FIXED the problem the the owner called me and informed me of the situation and explained that she was so sorry my wife was not happy that she spent 15 minutes telling me that the bouquet was perfect and the flowers the freshest flowers ever and that she was utterly baffled that the bouquet did not meet her standards and that she was so shocked my wife would dare return them. He also detailed how perfect each flower was and why she thought my wife should not have bee upset. The more I thought about it the more shocked I am. My wife never EVER complains about crappy service. But most of all, if a bouquet is bad enough to get returned how could you ever think it would be appropriate to call the person who bought the gift and inform them that the recipient was upset but wrong to be upset. Bad form lady, bad form! more
