Excellent Ribs 6/20/2005

I am a critic of ribs and barbeque food. We went to Spring Creek just to grab some lunch on our way out of town, and I was very impressed with the flavor of the ribs, perfect smoking of the meat, and generous sides with our meal. Very satisfying and great value. Pros: Great Ribs, Great Brisket Cons: Need more menu option more
