If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been here couple of time the first time almost every machine in the kids section was broken and how I found this out was by inserting coins in all of them. I lost about $3 worth of coins so I went to tell someone that none ofthe machines worked and I lost so many coins just trying to find done that would work. They would not giove me any coins to replace the ones I had lost and said they would send someone to put signs on them but within the next hour I was there no one ever did that. The ENTIRE place is filthy and disgusting. The kids adventure soft play looks like it has not been cleaned in years. So I went a second time thinking maybe they just had a bad day the last time. Nope apparently its always this way. The last time I didnt think it could get dirtier but, it totally did. I showed up as soon as they opened and was their first customer I swear in the kids section there was poop smeared on the wall along with trash and allsorts of other nasty stuff all over. So I decided to play the bowling game which is the equivalent of $2 in coins and surprise it didnt work the guy watched me put my coins in (he was standing right there) and he still wouldnt give me my coins back he said ""oh yes sometimes it just doesnt work and sometimes it does"" This place may appear cheaper but in the long run your better off going to Dave and Busters at least there you will probably spend about the same and actually get to play the things you pay for and you will also probably save yourself from lots of diseases and sickness and whatever else is lerking ALL OVER in sportime usa elmsford ny. Oh and one more thing I forgot to mention I finally asked to see a manager the second time and he apparently teaches his staff to rip people off because he would not refund any of my lost coins either. What was once a great place to go play some video games or air hockey, has now become a poorly run dump. You'll be hard pressed to find a machine that isn't broken or outdated. The batting cages are fair but nothing special. They have added things like rock climbing walls and such, but sadly it seems the more crap they try to cram into this place has made it worse. Skip it and go somewhere else, Sportime will probably be turned into a Staples or Office Max soon enough and will probably be more fun as such. Cons: , Most Machines are bro more
