Spokane Valley Animal Hospital is horrible. 8/17/2009

They misdiagnosed my cat a couple of years ago and kept running up my bill. $1500 later we had to put him to sleep. Their attitude is awful and they are rude. We still take our dog their for bordning becuase of the price. Hello people you work at a vet, you should have experience with Big dogs! more

Wonderful Service 5/26/2009

I found this clinic to be the cheapest for vaccines. I have used them for boarding and my dog loves it there. They know her name and remember I don't allow ""kisses"" on the face. They have been able to work with me on payments.I never feel rushed when I'm in my visit. I like this clinic and actually have recently switched all my pet needs to them! Pros: Very Close to My House Cons: I can't think of any more

Blatant Disrespect 12/22/2008

I have been a cat owner for many years, so when my cat got ear mites I took him to this clinic. They were rude and impatient and told me he just had a bacterial infection in his ears. Two months later his ears are worse, so I took him to a different clinic: $250 dollars later they diagnosed him as having ear mites! Do not go to this clinic! The worst experience I have ever had! more

Worst Animal Care! 12/22/2008

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They were rude and impatient and they made me feel like I was imposing on them by being there as a client. They did not correctly diagnose my cat with something simple like ear mites and instead made me pay all kinds of money for services and medicine that was not what he needed. Instead it cost me $250 at a different clinic to fix the damage they had done. NOT RECOMMENDED! more

Outstanding Service 10/5/2008

This is my permanent vet clinic now. They were able to get my collie mix in ASAP when she had a stroke...the staff was more than willing and helpful to assist my "old" baby. Because of them she is better than ever.\r \r They also assisted when my 16 yr old cat died of old age...they made a very stress situation with my family less stressful. \r \r I will continue to go back again and again. more

Again and again? You will have to 9/24/2008

Tracy F,\r You said you are gonna go back again and again? You probably will have to, considering they borderline malpractice in their daily activities. Enjoy your high priced bills, inconsistency in service and pet care, and low level of satisfaction more

Don't leave your dog with them healthy, because s/he won't be when you get her/him back 5/20/2008

I'm very disappointed with the service I have been given here over the last two visits. \r \r We brought our lab mix here to be kenneled two months ago for just a couple of days and returned to find he had a bad case of ""indigestion"" that would require 'additional care and treatment.'\r \r When I recently left to take a trip to California for ten days to spread my husband's ashes, which they also knew of, I received several calls urgently requesting my reply to a certain 'insect bite' my dog had gotten and which needed immediate attention.\r \r Obviously I consented and now the bill is well over $600 more than it would have been just for the kenneling.\r \r I'm beginning to wonder how it is that I keep bringing my pet in healthy only to be notified while out of town and out of reach that my pet is once again sick in their care. Pros: they're close? Cons: feels like they're trying to scam you or merely taking poor care of your pet more

VERY RUDE VET AND EMPLOYEES 10/10/2006

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. It was the worst experience I've had. The employees and vet were demeaning and snobbish. The clinic from what I saw was very unprofessional. PROS: None CONS: Everything more

nice people 5/18/2005

This vet is also another clean place and they are willing to work with you on your payments if necessary. (In the past they have with me anyways). Sometimes it's helpful to have that as animals health problems can get costly sometimes. more
