Pick up and delivery, quality, employees started out great. Been with them for over 1 year, charged $25.00 for $15.01 laundry because I didn't have min. amount of 25 lbs#. I don't have any way of weighing them. They don't tell you up front or is it on their web site that there is a minimum Got back jeans with bleach spots. They deny it was their fault, which it was, they are the only ones who do my laundry. They would rather not give a credit of $10.00 than keep my $800.00 a year business. more

better than expected 1/30/2011

The one other review on here says it was terrible, but I guess the management changed. Everything is clean and working, free wi-fi, decent amount of seating, and competent staff. I'll definitely be going back on my next laundry day. more

terrible 1/25/2007

nothing worked in there. none of the vending machines worked nor did half of the washers or dryers. it was awful. a machine took money and when i told the woman working there all she said was, it not working today. and didn't even bother to refund my money. wheels stuck on one of the baskets when i went to push it and hurt both of my legs. will never go back. Pros: none Cons: nothing worked more
