I am pretty low-maintenance when it comes to the styling and cut, but service and efficiency matter a lot to me. They cut the hair okay, but the service is pathetic, to say the least. If you call for an appointment, they will tell you that nothing is available in next few days. However, I have gone there without an appointment and found their stylists sitting idle. Strange business strategy!
However, today the reception girl kept me waiting for 45 minutes from the time of my appointment, then asked me if I am ready (!!), then put the robe around. Then comes Viola to say hello, and then she goes back to start with another customer while I sit with the robe on! This is not just bad service, I need a new word for it. And in this age when customer reviews can make or break a business, it needs extreme courage or extreme stupidity to treat your customers this way. The only reason I used to go there is because it's close to my place, but enough is enough. A $10 haircut place is far better than this.
