Exceptional Service 5/30/2010

This is one of the Top Vet offices in the area. From the minute you place your call to make and apt to the followup calls we have received after the visit. We unfortunately had a lot of issues with our Dane and they stayed constantly in contact with us throughout the process. I have never experienced service such as this with any business I have had relations with. they are experts in their field, caring and compassionate. more

Outstanding Vet's and Staff 4/12/2010

This is by far the most caring staff I have ever experienced. The followup is unheard of. They don't make you ever feel rushed and as if you are their only client. Pros: Everything Cons: Didn't come here sooner more

Dr. Magnum is great but now he also has a wonderful addition to the office Dr. Borvik. She is kind, gentle and understand for all pets. Spence Animal Hospital makes life time friendships for owners and their pets. more

ASOLUTELY THE BEST ANYWHERE! 7/27/2008

We took our pets to Dr. Mangum for 17 years. He is the most kind, caring and dedicated vet we have ever known. We recently retired and relocated and miss him and his wonderful staff terribly. We have no where near the quality care we had grown accustomed to. Now we plan on returning to that area and are looking forward to having him once again care for our pets. We are hoping we make it in time for Dr. Mangum to help us when it is time for us to say goodbye to our beloved Australian Shepherd, Sydney, who he cared for since she was a puppy (now 13). There is no one who is more caring, compassionate and dedicated than him. more

They Are The Best!!! 1/25/2008

I've been taking my pets to Dr Mangum for over 30 years. When he added Dr Rogers to the staff, it only doubled the quality of care and compassion. I've always said that if they were pediatricians, I'd certainly take my human children there. The entire staff is the most incredible group of people that I have ever dealt with. I trust them completely with my furry family members and would never consider "doctor shopping" for any reason. The entire staff is the best!!! more

Excellent Vet with a big heart. 8/11/2007

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Mangum & Rogers for over 15 years and even though we live in SIlverlake now (West side of Pearland) we still go there because once you have the best you keep it.\r \r I only wish I could find a human doctor that I liked as well.\r \r Always capable, honest and very caring.\r \r Plus the staff is very helpful and pleasant there. more

Excellent care for your pets! 6/1/2007

We have a Jack Russell and a Chihuahua and have been taking them to the Spencer Animal Hospital for almost two years. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.The staff is wonderful with them. They are dedicated ,caring and quite qualified. The doctors are excellent. Recently the terrier had a terrible bout of illness with his pancreas.He was in the hospital for almost three days.His care was excellent. Knowing that he was in good hands ,made it a lot easier to deal with .The doctors called to check on him often after he came home.That was very reassuring also. If you are in need of excellent vet care ,I highly endorse Spencer Animal Hospital. more

Great place to take your fur babies! 5/7/2007

I have been taking my pets here for ten years. I love the staff AND the vets that work here. They are all very caring and you can tell that they love animals. I have had to put two of my babies to sleep at this office and the staff was WONDERFUL.....they let me have time with my baby after they had passed over to Rainbow Bridge and I was also able to hold them and give them one last hug and kiss before the shot was given to them. Afterwards, I received a card from the office that everyone sighed and a doggie angel pin that had a halo on it. They also donated money to some animal cause with my dog honored for that donation. I am in awe of these people and would trust no other vets with my babies. more

Dog Gone Good 10/27/2005

This is a great place to take your pets. I have taken all my dogs here and am always satisfied. The vet that I see has the same breed of dog that I do. So she is very educated on them and helpful. I get their flea meds from them but they will write the Rx and you can have them delivered from one of the mail in places. more

love this place 10/22/2005

i have 2 danes. i originally picked this vet because there was a woman and one of my dogs shies away from men. as it turns out the vet also has danes so he is very helpful and my dog does not mind him at all. they are always very nice here and i have never had a problem. more
