Same as the review above. DO NOT GO HERE. I used to come here about 10 years ago with my Civic and always had good service. This shop has changed hands and the mechanics and manager that used to be there have all left. I took my car in to have my brakes checked. They replaced my rear brake pads. \r
2 days later, there was a burning smell and noise from the rear of the car and I was stranded with 2 kids in the middle of nowhere. Pep Boys fixed it and said that the Speedy mechanic (TONY) FORGOT to screw in the bolts while doing the brake job. Took 2 days to get the bolts (since this happened on a weekend). \r
Had to miss one day of work and pay for the fix job. Went back to the shop and the owner JOHN ROZAR denied that this could happen. He finally agreed to pay the money back for the original service of $180 but would do so the following day. He never showed up as agreed. and I am still trying to track him down to get my money back. (He is only at the shop at certain times and days.) Being stranded, losing a day of work, paying the towing charge, and getting it fixed - Don't let this happen to you. THIS SHOP IS DISHONEST AND NEGLIGENT. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FIXED OR YOUR CAR CHECKED HERE.
