I would not recommend this speech therapist. The office is pretty unprofessional. Basically her kids work in the office when they can and don't really seem to care very much for what they do. They definitely don't have good customer service skills. They also held on to claims for 3 months before filing them and said that they needed to stop treating my daughter because we had 3 months of unpaid claims (because her daughter filed them all at once when mom asked why the company hadn't been paying). Then after the insurance company paid and provided check numbers they continued to say that none of our claims were paid. I would say clinically she probably knows what she is doing but the office is not run professionally.
