No problems 9/27/2011

I read the reviews and was hesitant on taking my babies to this clinic. I was only going for annual shots for adult dogs who have had their shots before. There was a slight wait, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The Vet was knowledgable and gave great advice. The shots went well, they trimmed all my dog's nails and advised me that one of my dogs had an ear infection. The Vet treated him and provided medication and requested I follow up with her in 10 days at no additional cost. And they cleaned my dog's teeth. I was told it was $26 per dog and that the nail trim was free as long as the dog was well behaved. And the ear treatment and medication was $25. I got to the front and they did try to charge me for the nail trims and medication and I disputed it and they agreed to reduce my bill. I would definately go back for this simple service again. more

4 month puppy Spay and dies 9/8/2011

I thought I had this well planned, holiday on Monday take care of my baby. I scheduled a spay on Friday picked her up after her spay. Complications she was vomiting and not doing well took her to Urgent Care they changed her medication for pain cause she could not tolerate. They sent me home to care for her. My baby started bleeding when trying to have a stool. Took her to the clinic the Vet examined her sent me home referred me to another Vet. Took her later in the day they took x-rays and said she needed to go to a hospital. Took her with my x-rays and I was told she may not make it thru surgery cause she was anemic has a fever and has lost lots of blood. A $112 spay cost my puppy and nearly $800 in urgent care and Vet fees. I had no other option but to put my baby to sleep. The thing is this clinic only does spay neuters dental and shots. They cant followup with complications. This is not a good thing. If the Vet cannot follow up with complications from surgery they should not be allowed to do spays. I will never ever take any pet to a spay/neuter clinic. The thing is...no one can tell me what went wrong. Healthy puppy, playful and had no signs that anything was wrong for her. You must be careful in selecting the place to spay your babies. I am sad and heartbroken more

horrible service 3/13/2008

This place might be cheap, but the service is horrible. The workers are rude. The workers do not know what they are doing. They lie. They do not explain things. For ONE example, my dog needed some more shots after her surgery, they failed to tell me. Do NOT go here if you care about customer service. Go somewhere else. I've been to many vets for many different pets and I have never had a bad experience, until I went to Spay Neuter Clinic. Just remember that you get what you pay for. Who knows what they are doing to the pets behind that door. They workers are either very rude or they are 14 years old. Do NOT trust them with your pet. Cons: Rude workers, horrible service more
