Being from the bubble, I have come to learn that everyone and their cat buys their Jon Hart from this store. So I of course have bought mine here.
In the beginning I had no problems, but more recently I have run into them, especially when they have to ""send things in"" to the Jon Hart HQ.
This summer, they had to send in an ID wallet that came back slightly crooked/off centered. I kept my mouth shut and just dealt with it because it was a small trinket and I had already waited two weeks for it.
About two weeks ago, I had a holiday tote and zippered agenda given to me for my birthday. Originally they told my mother that it would be ready the next day (saturday). That Sat, she received a call and learned that it would take two more days. Two days after that, it took two more. When I went in to get my things I learned that only the Agenda was ready and when I saw it, it was off centered. So they sent it back. Today, I got holiday tote (the lettering was fine) and learned that I would have to wait another TWO WEEKS for my agenda; a product that THEY messed up on. I was at no fault. After these experiences and long waits, I am baffled. It literally just makes me sick. Another thing that is absolutely rude and annoying is that I always have to call and check when to find out when they are done. They NEVER call me like they say they do.
