I absolutely love the service at Sparkle Beauty bar. Jen the secretary is an absolute doll, for helping out her beauticians, while AnnSimone and Her sister who work together as a team to make you look like the star, you set out to be! I got my hair colored, and though it didnt take, they worked together as long as it took to get my hair just the way I wanted it. They wouldnt stop until the job was done, and done to perfection! I then got extensions a week later, and Annsimone did such an amazing job everyone that see's me is just amazed, and asking for Annsimone's card. They are absolutely all amazing. You have to go there, Awesome Customer Service with Great prices! I travel from Salem to Portland just for them to hook my hair up, and I will continue to go there because they are exceptional. Just had Keelie do my eyelash extensions today. WOW. better than I had hoped or expected. Just absolutely gorgeous! I hated wearing mascara. Flaked off or gave me racoon eyes. I also hated trying to remove it. My lashes were thin and fine. When you look up close, you can't tell they're extensions. I can't dinstinguish where my lash ends and the extension begins . They are EXTREMELY comfortable and so natural looking, long and beautiful! The procedure took an hour and a half in which time I took a comfortable nap. Prior to, Keelie explained exactly what she was going to do and after explained how to care for them. She was very thorough and easy to talk with. I HIGHLY recommend. more

I have been an extension client for over 2.5 years.....and she is the best. I started out at a place in Lake Oswego....would never go there again. Then I found the diamond -- Simone! She saved me and my hair from uncertain death. She really knows this business and goes way beyond in servicing your needs. Simone Is amazing!! She really knows what she is doing. For me the hair extentions changed my life and for the first time I felt like I had beautiful full hair. She matched my color so perfect that my own colorist didn't know I had hair extentions until I told her. I love Simone, she is so great to work with!!! This is my first experience with hair extentions but I have to say I am so glad that she was the one I found first! I have gone to other hair extension salons in Portland and this one is by far the BEST in town. The prices are very affordable and the hair quality is great. I will never go anywhere else.. The stylist knows her stuff! I would not hesitate to reccommend this salon to anyone. My hair has never looked so good and I have gotten more compliments on my hair. AnnSimone is the most thorough extensionist in the NW. I had checked out every salon in Portland and surrounding areas and was disappointed in other stylists. It seemed as if they were just trying to make a quick sale and only offered what would make them the most money. AnnSimone sat down with me to show me all options available, which were best for me and which would not be so great. She was so friendly and honest about everything and didn't even charge me for the hour long consultation! I now have beautiful extensions which I plan on keeping in for a long time....but only if AnnSimone is around to work on me! Pros: Superior work by a friendly person in the cutest salon in Portland! After three years wearing hair extensions, I expected that shedding and constant tangling were just part of the experience. I loved the experience of longer, fuller hair but I couldn't stand the ""side effects"" any more so I had them removed. I happened to walk by Sparkle during the Fremont Fest in Aug. and met AnnSimone. I'm so glad that I did! She is without a doubt the most professional,. knowledgeable hair professional that I have ever met. And I have spent years in the L.A. area and Manhattan as well. She is extremely committed to consumer education and it's of utmost importance to her that her clients know every pro and con of everything that is offered so that they will make the choice that they will be the most pleased with. This is definitely not a ""one size fits all"" business. I never imagined that could be so happy with hair extensions. I used to be asked ""Do you wear hair extensions?"" and now I hear ""I love your hair!"" regularly. I have had absolutely no knotting, tangling, or shedding. I have been coming to the Sparkle Beauty Bar for about a year. I'm so glad that I found them. Their staff is wonderful, friendly, caring and fun !!! The atmosphere there is great and I enjoy the upbeat music they play. You will be greeted with a warm and friendly smile from AnnSimone and then asked what you'd like to have to drink. Ann has been doing my hair extensions for about a year. She does a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. When I first came to her salon I had a cosultation and I wanted super long, long hair. She wasn't sure about that and researched. Sure enough she found it and I got what I wanted. Thank you. I get compliments all the time and wherever I go . The extensions just look so natural, soft and she did the perfect color match.\r Recently I had Keelie do my eyelashes. Before she begins she goes through all the steps that it takes to put them on and will also tell you how to maintain them. They look beautiful, super long and natural. \r Keelie now has a new makeup line of her own. Keelie Nicole. I had an appointment with her recently to have her show me how to do my eyes with the smokey affect. OMG......this girl does so awesome with makeup. when you enter at the salon you are so well welcome. It is a young team with great experience and so talented. I actually testify for my mum who returned to Europe. She decided to try eyelashes and Keelie explains very well the options. My mum was able to decide without pressure. The total work was about 2 hours. She could relax, was laying down on a table while Keelie was doing her new eyelashes. At the end it was so amazing. It looked very natural, gave her some fullness and beautiful dark eyelashes. She was very confortable with it right after and even days after. She had no problem sleeping or no reaction what so ever. It was perfect. One week later she went back to europe and every body loved it! She was impress of the service and the result. She is so happy with it still. It has been 2 weeks now. Thank you so much Keelie for doing this to my mum. It meant a lot to me. She feels so great. HAIR EXTENSIONS. I went to Ann simone and I needed something to be done with my hair. My hair is medium fine. She was able to explain with care and was able to tell me a lot about it. She adviced the best for me, for my type of hair. I decided to go for it because after her explanation it made sense to me. She made sure my hair was ok and we booked for an appoitment. It took few hours. I ended up having more volume with extra length. Nobody would tell I have extensions. The result was amazing. The difference is so great and natural. I can as well re-use the hair which is a saving for me! I feel very confortable with it, after few days of adaptation. I am still feeling great after weeks and can't wait to go back in a week for my checkup appointment but also to see them! This team is great and outstanding people work there. Annsimone is great. I have been to every hair replacement/extension salon in the Northwest and have yet come across anyone who is as knowledgable about so many types of extensions as Annsimone. She is honest and truely cares about everyones wants and needs. She offers such a variety of hair enhancement, from extensions to lace front wigs. At my first visit, she spent over an hour of her time just to explain all the different systems she offers and which would or would not work for me... I highly recommend her if your looking into getting hair extensions. more

Simone made me feel very comfortable with getting extensions, and even though my hair was only about 2 inches long, she made it look so great! I've had so many compliments. Now I am planning on getting dreadlocks, and she has been most helpful, giving me advice and how to's. She really cares! The salon itself is very welcoming, drinks and a very kick back, enjoy yourself kind of atmosphere. I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone who wants anything done, they are great!
