Very impressive! 5/15/2005

The four determining factors in my decision to join the Capital Fitness Spa Health Club in Cary were the convenience of the multiple locations (six in the Triangle area), the wet area (sauna, steam room, and whirlpool), the indoor track, and the brand new Precor, Hammerstrength, and Freemotion equipment. I was offered a short term membership that was dirt cheap compared to the other clubs in the area. Finally, I can work out anytime-they're open 24 hours a day, even on holidays. Pros: Good parking more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! 3/2/2005

Bad sales......won't let you check a few places out until you decide.....very pushy! they have a very long contract that is not flexable........if they were such a great spa they wouldn't have to force you into a contract to keep you coming back.......After signing up I still didn't even know how to use equipment or even how to use the electronic sign in....They said I needed to hire a personal trainer to teach me how to use the equipment......when in there sales pitch one of the benifits was a ""free"" trainer Pros: looks appealing Cons: poor customer service, faulty long contract, Price! more

Terrible Health Club 1/30/2005

I was extremely disappointed with the facilities here. The service was well below what I had hoped for, and the price of the membership is extremely overvalued. DO NOT make the same mistake I did by enrolling in their membership. You will end up being tied into it for life. I have been trying to end my membership but to no avail. Hopefully you will chose wiser than I did and avoid this health club all together. Cons: Expensive, Overvalued, Unvoidable Contracts more
