I took my puppy in for a simple trim, I had a picture of the style I wanted as well as writen instructions that I'd gotten out of a breed specific grooming book. The attendant who took my pup said it would be no problem and if the groomer had any questions that they would call me. When I went to pick up my puppy I had to wait around for 20 minutes for them to bring him up, after they finally found him. When I got him home and out of his kennel he had the worst cut i've ever seen on a dog. It was uneven, choppy,and nothing like the picture that i'd brought. On top of that he smelled dirty and had hair matted on his chest which when brushed out was an inch longer than the rest of the world worst haircut. The most distressing part was that he'd been cut by the clippers in 3 different spots. I immediatley called the spa and explained that I was very disatisfied w/ the work the had done. The rude woman on the phone said I could bring him back in and have him recut at no charge (as if), then when I explained that he was already far to short and would take weeks to grow long enough to even attempt the style again and that instead I would like a refund she got even snippier and said that only the owner could approve that. So I asked her to go ahead and contact them. She said she'd call me back shortly. After 5 days of not hearing from them I called and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager and I explained the situation again, she told me the same thing and said that she would deal w/ it and get back to me that day. That was two weeks ago.
