An illusion 5/18/2015

As a member/customer, I have experienced variable quality between and within spa services. Initially very impressed with environment, the spa does not withstand the test of time. Employees often are overinflated regarding their skills and importance. Company line follows that no other Eastside salon/spa businesses compare to this facility's greatness. Customer education, underscored as protectiveness, can push boundaries into misguided information (or manipulation). Increasingly expensive with charges confusing; price charts are not followed consistently and changes occur without clear explanation. The beauty industry is all about creating an illusion. Should that illusion excuse inconsistencies in quality and integrity? more

A Real Treat, But Very Expensive 8/2/2005

I've been to the Spa at the Pro Club a few times. I've had a pedicure, my hair colored, and a massage. This spa (which you don't have to be a member to attend) is very nice. They have big fluffy robes for you to wear, and a very comfy area with big fluffy chairs and drinks while you wait. The employees are very friendly and professional, and they really know what they're doing. The massage especially was very good! This spa has many services. You can get your hair and makeup done, get a manicure/pedicure, get a massage, and have a facial, all in the same place. The only drawback is that it's very pricey. You pay 3 times what you would elsewhere for a pedicure. more
