I've had three facials here. The first time was great! I got a head massage, foot and hand massage. I went back to the same girl, Caroline, and she went 10 minutes short and didn't give me the head massage at the end. So I tried Anastasia. She left the room at one point for more than five minutes. She didn't use the high frequency maching and didn't do a foot massage or head massage. The facials are just not consistent. more

Although I haven't been to many spas in SF and am still fairly new to the whole thing, I have really enjoyed each and every visit to Spa Radiance. My visits total close to a dozen now. I've had great massages and other body treatments, meticulously executed mani/pedis, and thorough and personalized facials. Everyone has always been professional and oh-so-friendly. I always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in the door. It does seem a bit small-ish and the layout is a bit odd....service rooms in another building, but it doesn't take away from any service. They also have great products--some of which were recommended to me by different spa technicians based on my skin. I don't have a favorite spa technician---but have had Marissa a number of times. Awesome facials---she's so great! Antoinette is great too. more

I have been to Spa Radiance quite a few times in the past, and I have enjoyed every single time I went. When my friends and I arrived to the Spa, we were kindly greeted and asked for our names. The lady who helped us said we were about tn minutes early, and were offerred to sit in a pool while we waited. When it was time to receive our treatements, we were given comfortable robes and escorted to the rooms. I have never had a consultation to see if I would hae an allergic reaction to a facial treatment before, which I thought was amazing. (I had only been asked if I had dry skin, fair skin, or oily skin before.) I was pleased to receive the facial, which exfoliated my skin and made it shine. The massage I received was extraordinary, and the staff was very friendly and talkative. This was the best amount of money I have ever spent at a spa before and I highly recommend this place to anyone. more

Elegant, peaceful accomodation w/ classic music. Not only great for women but men as well. Whether you choose a facial or massage, the esthetician begin every treatment w/ a complimentary consultation and analysis of your skin. They offer modern technologies such as dermabrasion and endermologie, but most of it's treatment are based on old-world homeopathy. more

My friend and I wanted a relaxing afternoon at a spa, and we were more than satisfied with our time spent at Spa Radiance. We were welcomed to come well before our scheduled treatments to relax in the soothing pools. Fluffy robes and slippers were provided. Our treatments (scheduled at the same time) began promptly and the professional staff made everything easy and relaxing. It was time (and money) well spent. more

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable and will help guide you to the right spa treatment. I have had a number of massages here including pre and post-natal. All were excellent. Though the spa is on the smallish side, it is really a great experience and though I live out of town, I make sure to book a massage each time I visit the City. more
