Worst ER experience ever. If you are a migraine sufferer in dire pain--DON'T EXPECT HELP! They will give basically a Tylenol, then bill your insurer $732! F-! Had to go to Parma ER afterward and get the demerol I needed. The doctor wouldn't help me (I don't go to the ER that often either)--this was a total screwing! Pros: NONE-don't waste your time! Cons: Doctor would not help me with my pain-then had nerve to bill my insurer $732! more

I could hardly walk so I parked in an empty ambulance bay. A policeman move your car. I tossed my keys to him underhand and went in. There were 2 admission ladies inside 1 got up and left.The pman I believe he was Dave badge number 24 came back and said I am not going to be !* like you were I am going to hand your keys back and not throw them at you.We fussed. I sat doubled over in my chair waiting for someone to ask me what was wrong. 20 minutes later I told the pman my back was killing me I had to lay down. He said stay in the chair until you are admitted. I again told him I had to lie down. He kept shouting. I asked him if the chairs were OK for me to lie down on.He again barked you will stay seated until you are admitted. I told him that I was going to lie on the floor.He started shouting for me to get up and get back in the chair.I told him I wasn?t about to hurt my back anymore. He kept shouting for me to get back in the chair.He went and got another pman they both started yelling at me.One asked if I was on drugs.I told him no.They kept yelling.One of them asked what part of get back in the chair do you not understand.I replied what part of my back hurts really badly and I am not about to hurt it any more do you not understand.I told him to have a doctor tell me it was OK to get in the chair.Sarge came by and asked why I wouldn?t get in the chair I told him my back hurt he left.They other 2 kept yelling for me to get in the chair.After 35 minutes an admission lady came by and told me to get in the chair.I told her my back hurt and I was afraid to move it and I needed to lie down.She said get in the chair or I will admit all the people that came here after you before you.I passed out.When I woke there was a bed there and a lady was saying you got what you wanted now get in the bed.I said my back hurts please help me.She and the pmen said get in there yourself.I crawled in and was wheeled away from the waiting room.
