As a native Philadelphian, I've eaten my share of cheesesteaks over the years, so when I say that these are the best I've had outside of my home town, that's high praise indeed. Delaware Subs uses Amoroso rolls for its subs, the standard in Philly. Let me tell you why they are the best. First of all, they chop the steak properly -- in that they chop it in the first place. Second, they add just the right amount of SLICED onions -- something I simply took for granted growing up in a city full of cheesesteak chefs. Best of all, they don't overcook it. Take advantage of the cheesesteak specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays to try their wonderful chicken and Philly cheesesteaks. You won't be disappointed.
