This place is horrible. Everyone is always rude, there is an excuse and there is no sense of urgency. We have been waiting on our title for close to three months now and it was a mistake they made originally. Now they are waiting on the state. This is horrible and I am tired of calling. I only called with a few simple questions and an old biddy in the back office refused to put me through to someone in the front who could answer my questions. She said she didn't have time for this and hung up on me. I called back asking to talk to the owner and was shocked to discover that she is the owner! It's Friday, Dec 26, 2008, and I just called to find out if they were open and got my fanny chewed out royally by the most horrible old woman in the world. Apparently I, and others like me, were 'driving her crazy' calling the agency -- she was the answering service, she said. She didn't even answer the phone as a business, she answered it with a disgusted, 'HELLO!!!' In her very disgusted voice, she told me the governor had declared today a legal holiday and it was in all the newspapers! I said, ""I don't read the newspapers"" and she said, ""OBVIOUSLY NOT!"" What a b*tch!!! I tried to apologize a couple of times, then realized, I was wasting my time -- she wasn't going to be nice period. If this agency is paying this woman to represent them, they are wasting their money. more

If you want poor service, and like to be treated rudely, then this is the place for you. If not, I recommend any other tag agency in the city. There is no way they can be as inefficient or unappreciative of their customers' business. more
