The South Street Market used to be a chain convience store, but was bought out by a local family and turned into a small town mom and pop store. They feature a full service deli, pizza and all the items we have come to expect in a convience store, including selling gasoline. The staff is friendly and the hours are good. (open until 11 pm) I would rather patronize a store owned by a local family than the same type of store owned by a corporation.
