A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Palumbo earned an undergraduate degree in business administration at Robert Morris University, and earned his doctorate at Life Chiropractic College, in 1986. He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and is a member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
