Excellent experience 9/9/2011

I had to get two cavities filled and Dr. Steger did a fabulous job. I'm a pretty anxious patient, but I felt very relaxed and confident he'd get the job done efficiently. I was in and out in an hour and have no problems at all. It was the first time I've ever left a dentist's office feeling great. more

great experience 9/8/2011

I saw Dr. Steger today for a root canal and I was very surprised on how well it went. I may be "older" but still can not stand anything that is going to cause pain and he and his assistant did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was very impressed when I received a call this evening from the Dr. himself just checking to see if I was doing ok. I would definetly recommend him to anyone in our area. more

I was quite nervous about my fillings appointment, but Dr. Murphy and the rest of the staff were so kind and understanding. Even though I was anxious I was able to remain calm and the appointment was chalked up as a success. more

X-rays & cleaning 8/12/2011

For the X-rays it will be appreciated to have less painful of a plastic thing that goes in the mouth that hurts the gums a lot. The cleaning given by Luz is a pleasant experience always. Thank you, Luis more

I absolutely love SRF Dentistry! They are nice, efficient, and professional. There is no unnecessary drillings or other costs and the work they do do is always prefect. Nancy, my Dental Hygienist, is absolutely amazing. I love her and she is worth the visit just by herself. Thanks! more

efficient and friendly 8/9/2011

Had a cavity filled today and was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was professional and friendly. I was asked whether I wanted to be numbed. I chose not to but was given the option of changing my mind at any point during the procedure. I would definitely recomment this dentist. more

I'm delighted with the dentists and staff at South Riding Family Dentistry. They take the time to walk you through your procedures and are very gentle. A touch expensive and MetLife insurance doesn't cover most of what I needed done. more

Lack of training and experience 7/29/2011

I found my most recent visit disappointing because it was necessary to take five impression when two at most should be sufficient. I am doubtful what the final product will be and concerned how it will fit. Also, the receptionist was inexperienced in processing credit card payments, susequently froze my account. more

I cannot say enough about this group. They are professional yet personable. They ease your fear and treat you with respect. It's nice to feel like a member of the family as all staff members address you by name when you arrive. I no longer fear the dentist, I look forward to going. Nancy and Drs.
