Had the car we were looking for. Plus had a very good experience with our first Volvo which had from 1993 to 2007 which I purchased at Power Volvo. Glad to do business again with a dealership that cares! more

Straight and Fair 4/21/2011

We purchased from Power Volvo because their internet sales manager was straightforward, fair, and offered a competitive price from the outset. There was never any attempt to ""hide the ball"" or work in hidden charges. We will definately refter Power Volvo to friends and family. more

I am a Volvo South Bay Customer and love the excellent service department. They are professional at work I enjoy dealing with sales and service. We are life time Volvo owners. Who started coming to South Bay Volvo when the Cerritos Volvo closed. The main reason we chose to come to South Bay was because of our experience with the service department, especially the relationship I have built with Patrick Clark. He knows what he is doing and how to accommodate our needs. more

Great Staff 2/14/2011

An internet search using Kelly blue book website referred me to Power Volvo of South Bay. I was looking for a specific car similar and they had one similar to what I was looking for. I called the dealer and spoke to Juan Avila who was helpful and finally he described the car in full detail. We drove to the dealer and took a test drive. We negotiated a price that we were happy with. All these factors combined were the reasons we decided to purchase from Power Volvo of South Bay. more

Third Volvo 2/4/2011

I have been using South Bay Volvo for about 10 years now and have been so pleased. My wife drives a Volvo XC90. The decision to buy her car at Volvo South Bay was a direct result of the exceptional service provided to me for my own Volvo S70. I am not sure if there are enough words to describe the level of personal and professional service. I have received, but lot me to say that the experience at South Bay Volvo has been superior than any other dealership I have visited during my life time. As a result, I am now shopping for my third Volvo knowing that I will be treated like no other dealer would. more

Craigslist 1/24/2011

I was looking for a Volvo xc90 and checked out CarMax first. They did not have a good selection or good priced. So I looked on Craigslist and saw a listing for the xc90 and it looked good so I came in and test drove it. I had not known about this dealership so thank Craigslist for getting the car sold. I was also very pleased with my salesperson Allen. He was polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable of the car. I was also pleased with the friendliness of the staff and buying process was the smoothest I have ever had. If this was for E Bay I would give them a positive feedback and recommend them to all my friends! ? a+++ more

Best car buying experience ever! 1/17/2011

We all here about how much of a hasle it is to buy a car. The sales people, managers, the back and forth. It can be an extremely difficult task. As soon as I walked in to South Bay Volvo I was welcomed by a lovely woman who asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her I was just looking. She then said it was not a problem and to let her know if I needed any help. I knew I had found the right place. These guys never made me feel pressured. I test drove three cars that day, and ended up purchasing my 2010 S80 that very afternoon. Not one time did they ask me if I was taking home the car that same day. Not one time did my sales person go up to the all mighty sales manager. The entire transaction went lovely. Thank you South Bay Volvo for thinking about your customers first! more
