Sound View Cafe is a good place to go if your goal is a decent place to eat before a day at the market. While on vacation in Seattle, I ate here three mornings and ate something different each time. By far the best entree was a veggie frittata. The menu is limited, offering a handful of breakfast creations, sandwiches, soups and salads. Service is alouf, and don't expect too much information if you have questions about the menu. Also, the restaurant serves no beef or pork, so beware if you like your eggs with bacon, ham or sausage- no pigs or cows here, just turkeys and chickens.
Pros: convenient, fast, great view
Cons: overpriced, mediocre service
