The gym itself isn't bad, it's the management. They are dishonest, have NO accountability and NO customer service. They lock you into contracts without telling you when they sign you up, that it's what you are signing up for, then they squirm around cancelling your membership by making it extremely difficult and giving misinformation on the cancellation forms to lock you into paying them longer, but you can still use the gym. I'd avoid this place and go for another gym in Queen Anne that is less expensive, just as nice, if not nicer, and much better with customer service as they don't even know what that means here.
