Good: absolutely nothing!. Bad: I took two pairs of pants to be fixed. THey told me it would be ready on Tuesday. I came by on Tuesday after work and the lady was completely confused and she told me she forgot and that it will be ready in 2 days. SO i came Thursday and when I checked my pants i was extremely dissapointed and shocked. THe first pair I specifically told her to hem to a cerntain lenght and she made them shorter than I told her to...she forgot that too, so she told me she would do it right then...of course, I had to wait for. I took two pairs of pants in to be hemmed. The lady who was in the front taking customers was on the phone the whole time, even as she measured me. The end result of this trip was that the hem was too short. I called to let her know and she was not receptive to what I was saying, and didn't not offer any assistance what so ever. And for the price, I feel like I didn't get the level of service that I should have. The cost is $12.00 per pair of pants. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. more

I tried Song's because a friend recommended it. I'm so glad I went! The turn around time so SO fast, and it only cost about $1 more. I am used to waiting up to a week for a pair of pants to be hemmed, but this turnaround time was 24 hours. And they did a great job! Highly recommended! more
