Solace Center Spa & Salon

The solace center has wonderful massage therapists,I had a relaxing full body massage to help with my over worked aching back and what a wonderful experience it was! Thank you Wendy, for that hour and 30mins I floated away to another place, and yes I was sore after the massage but a good sore and my back was better than I expected. The massage is quite pricey luckily I only had to drop the tip since I had a gift certificate so it would be more of an occasional treat for me but this time around it was well deserved for this hard working mother! if I do say so myself lol. more

I frst went to the Solace Center after getting a gift certificate for a day of beauty, which included a massage, facial, manicre and pedicure. Everything was very nice and relaxing. I have had my hair done there, but don't feel the stylist there really know how to handle ethnic hair and when I inquired about professional straightening the stylist told me they did not do that, though their website states otherwise. My cut was nice, though I had brought in a picture for a drastic change, the stylist did not want to do it, so I comprimised and just went as short as SHE felt comfortable with and have not been back since to have my hair done. If you have normal hair, I think they can do wonders for you, as my mother-in-law went in for a cut and style and I have never seen her look better. I do highly recommend Chris in Aesthetics. I go to her reguarly for my waxing and she is quick and friendly. I highly suggest her if you are looking for someone to take care of your waxing needs!! Seriously I was very impressed to find a place like this on the Southside, It is very well done. A great polite staff, extremely clean (very important to me) and awesome services. , they even offer complimentary shampoo and blowdry after your Spa services at no charge! This is a great place.
