I flew into San Antonio on a Thursday morning to visit my family in Leon Springs and attend a family event on Saturday morning. I took my clothes to the Snow White Cleaners in Leon Springs first thing Thurs. morning and they assured me that my items would be ready by 5:30pm the next day. When I went to get my clothes at 6pm, my wifes blouse was missing. This was a blouse she bought in Chicago, specifically for the following days event. She had to go out at the very last minute and find a replacement blouse. After the event, I spoke with the manager of the Leon Springs store and demanded reimbursement for the blouse. He said he would have to talk to his boss. The next day, we had to leave San Antonio to head back home to Chicago with no blouse and no reimbursement. My Mother followed up on Mon. with the owner of Snow White Cleaners and he said that under no circumstances would he reimburse us for the blouse. He said that he will find the blouse and return it to us. He could not comprehend the situation of how we bought the blouse, he lost it, and my wife was unable to wear it to the function in which it was purchased for. Returning it to us now is pointless. He followed that up with, ""You think you are the only person who lost their clothes that day"".
