My special edition Monte Carlo ( only 2424 were made) was damaged when the employee whom was to retrieve my car as it exited the wash was not there. My car rolled until it ran into a truck that was parked infront of the car wash exit. The manager promised to have the damage but when asked to sign a paper stating he would repair the car he responed (rudely) ""I told you I would pay for the damage"" and REFUSED to sign the paper. As all this was happening another car was damaged in the vaccum area because a car rear-ended it. I also was never offered a refund for my car wash. When I left the buisness I almost felt as if I was my fault for the incident because of the way I was treated. I feel The manager should have done everything in his power to make me feel comfortable that he would pay for the damage other that his ""Word"". We will see if his word is as valuable as he claims when he recieves the estimate for the damage they caused to my $30,000+ car. Do you car a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible.
Pros: Car was clean
Cons: car was damaged and I don't feel satisfied yet that the company will pay for the damage.
