Home Furnishings 8/26/2005

Smith Village is a family business well worth visiting. They carry lovely furniture and they also carry appliances. The service is from people who haven't just started the day before, and the turnover is not high like so many larger chain stores. The people at Smith Village will genuinely try to help you find what you need in a polite fashion. It is a bit of a drive to Jacobus, but a pretty one. more

Smith Village Worth the Drive 8/20/2005

We have been dealing with this facility for a very long time and they have always provided us with great service and products to furnish our home. The furniture has held up very well over the years. Their prices are very reasonable and they have many financing options available for the more expensive items. In addition, they are always running sales and promotional deals to help save even more. They are located further away and takes some time to get to the store, but we have always found what we were looking for there at the right price. more

Smith Village, located just south of York in Jacobs, offers a very good selection of home furnishings! They offer top quality name brands at affordable prices! They've been family owned and a local staple for well over 50 years. They offer a financing plan for larger purchases. Great customer service is their hallmark and has been for many years. A very special place to check out is their clearance center! This is where you'll find discontinued furniture, slightly damaged furniture, returns, etc., at drastically reduced prices. Almost like a hidden secret! It's across the street from the main store. Decorative home accents such as lamps, paintings, knick-knacks are also sold here. They also offer delivery and have a service department. more
