This is a wonderful store! The owner is a lovely lady who has been helpful and supportive every time I have been in there. I discovered Small Planet when I moved to Irvine 23 years ago and have been delighted with the service over the years. They have always gone well above and beyond to get me what I need. I have recommended Small Planet to all my friends and family over the years. My niece, who moved to Florida, orders from their web-site, and has been very satisfied with the service and prices, but I still like the old-fashioned way, face-to-face, personal attention from the lovely lady at Small Planet. I love this store! I discovered Small Planet by accident, but I'm so glad that I did. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and the prices were good. I had a long list of items that I needed and I was very pleased that they had almost all of them. For the few that they didn't have, she found excellent alternatives. I had one item that was a special order, which she orderd for me right away and within a few days she called me to say that it was there for me. My husband was ill, so I couldn't pick it up, so she sent it to me right away! I was amazed at the customer service and I intend to go back regularly. Thank you!
