I had never skydived before going to Skydive San Marcos. Both my husband and I jumped tandem there and I got the video. The video is expensive, but it was worth it to me as I don't know when I'll get the chance to skydive again.
As a beginner, the guys were very patient and understanding of our state of insanity. On the other hand, they were very playful so that you weren't so focused on being scared. And as for that little part where you stand at the edge of the plane deciding where to go: the guy you're strapped to gives you no chance to think about it. You just go! Once you jump and the parachute goes up, you are allowed to control the parachute to spin around a bit. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend it!
