After being bombarded with the wash and detail offers, I jumped in to see what Sky was all about. $89 for a ""$599"" detail (a detail for $599 better be GREAT!) is pretty appeali...

JOKE 8/13/2007

I purchased a $60+ dollar carwash this weekend from SKY. After I said that I just needed a basic wash job, the sales guy turned from trying to make a sale, into a very rude person. I would think spending $60 bucks would at least pay for good customer service. After asking a few more questions, I was told if I had more questions about the services that I would need to ""hang on."" \r After 50 minutes of waiting, my car was half finished, when I asked for a manager, I was told there ""was not a manager at the store."" On the way home, my friend said that 1 hour is standard at Sky and that customer service is not their strong point.\r \r Then what did I pay for?\r \r I will not be going back. more

Amazing service - what are these people talking about? 4/4/2007

I ran across these reviews on the web and am totally surprised. I have been going to this place for years now and have only ever encountered the friendliest, most thorough, and high quality service. Most times I go there, I see others that have been visiting for years. Bravo to the team at Sky - you are truly a standout. Pros: Service. Quality. Cons: None. more

Don't waste your time or money 2/9/2007

I went to Sky thinking I was going to get a detailed carwash - where I could leave feeling confident with a job well done. Boy was I wrong. We had spilled a drink on the leather arm rest-very visible spot - it was there when I got in my car to leave...There were spots on the console and dashboard that were there when I got out of my car and there when I got back in to leave. I was on my lunch break and after spending 60$ and 45 minutes there I did not have the time to go back to complain. Thus, actions speak louder than words; I will never take my car there and will certainly not recommend them to anyone. Thank goodness I did not let there persistent sales staff rope me in to any of there gift cards or year long programs. Definitely would not recommend this place. more

AMAZING!!!! 6/25/2006

I have just signed up for your SKYONE membership with unlimited car washes, and I must say that the entire experience has been nothing but amazing. From the moment I pulled into the car wash, I was greeted by a very well groomed and very well spoken attendant. (He not only had the manners of an employee I would expect at the Four Seasons, but he sold me on a membership that I cant remember how I didnt live without my unlimited car washes in the first place)\r \r The lounge is really cool, very hip, and nice to find in Alpharetta. I was told to try SKY out Sky by a friend of mine who drives his BMW all the way up from Atlanta to get his cars washed. United BMW also recommended Sky as well.\r \r I highly recommend going to Sky for a car wash, and getting the full Sky experience. The customer service at Sky is something that you do not see anymore. I was called by my last name twice, was asked how my day was, if I wanted any coffee or any kind of refreshment, was showed how to log onto the computers, and was even given a quick IPOD NANO training session by the young blond head desk attendant. Again, this was all in my first visit at SKY!!! more

YEAH...What an Experience 5/2/2006

I would never go back to this place, what lackadaisical attitude towards customers, damage to my car was met with, ""We do not take responsibility for any damages"" the service rep. did not at any time say he or the organisation was sorry for what had happened. Now to the cleaning itself, at 40+ dollars for the S5 service I expect a lot more, I took my car in because someone had opened up a soda can in the car, which splattered the visors. I pointed the stains out to a different service rep after they had finished cleaning, and what did I get in return, ""Oh, that will only be dealt with if you order a vinyl clean"" ahem what do you mean when your service says Interior Clean?, I would never recommend this place to anyone, and anyone who says otherwise probably has vested interest in the place. What an experience!!! 9/23/2005

As someone who has been washing my own car for at least 20 years, I was ecstatic to finally find a place that did as good a job as I do!!! Seriously, if you're reading this review, you owe it to yourself to visit Sky Wash Detail in Roswell - next to Ferrari of Atlanta. Good looking, well groomed employees, a clean modern lounge with flat screen televisions, tons of free internet terminals, expensive mid-century modern lounge furniture, and a gourmet coffee and chocolate bar. I also joined their popular unlimited wash program - Sky One. It wasn't a hard sell - for $53+ a month, I can now visit there on an unlimited basis. Highly, highly recommended.
