The facial was okay, they did a decent job. I liked that they did a pre-interview about my skin. My esthetician's name was Danielle, I don't think she is there anymore but she did nice work for how dry my skin was. Oh yeah the owner.... He's really cute. Probably married, lol. more

I decided to go into Skinlogic after living in the area for years. I have had several facials in the past and didnt think they were worth the time and money spent. Skinlogic has changed my mind completely! I popped in to see their new space and was blown away. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but the front desk was so helpful, an esthetician even came out to answer some of my questions. Because of their supurb customer service I decided to give them a try and booked a facial for later that week. more

Glowing inside and out!!! 1/5/2011

You know when you get frustrated with your skin and everyone has a million opinions on what you should use and where you should go, well that was me before Skinlogic. A girlfriend of mine that I truly trust told me about them and I cant stop raving about how great my skin Finally looks. Whats even more exciting is how my coworkers, friends, and family notice the changes. more

Relaxation at its finest 8/30/2010

Had my first experience at Skinlogic yesterday. I had the Stress Relief Facial, which includes a massage of the neck, shoulders, arms and scalp. It's like a facial, but with extra massage. Perfect for what I needed. Stress takes on toll on the skin, but the body as well! I worked with Cathy, who was perfect! She's my idea of the perfect facialist/masseuse: calm, knowledgeable and solicitous. I've had a few other massages/facials and I feel like the people I worked with were really animated and chatty. When I book a facial/massage, I'm doing it to relax so I really appreciated Cathy's calm manner. I didn't feel like I had to chat with her the whole time and could instead slip into a pleasant and restful state. more

Skin Alert 5/1/2010

I have a severe skin condition and found the aestheticians to be like doctors. I was cautious. They recommended a bunch of products and quite frankly I found I spent a fair amount of money that was not fruitful for my skin condition.\r \r Perhaps I went to the wrong place. I guess they would be OK for a facial but if you need more, visit a cosmetic derm doctor. more

This is a professional place. I was talked to about ingredients, a small bit of science and what was good for my skin (and not so good), had a treatment and left feeling great. Pros: Close to freeway and hwy 99 Cons: Also close to Ben and Jerry's ;-) more

Good skincare professionals 5/23/2009

I have been doing facials for decades and have been going to Skinlogic for years. The estheticians are knowledgeable, professional, and don't try to push products onto you. I never feel pressured to buy something or try a particular service. I also prefer the no frills "doctor's office" type of environment. This is a place for solid skin care and not for a relaxing spa treatment, in my opinion. Pros: Skilled estheticians, good products, location Cons: Wish I could afford it more often! more

Worth every hard cent & second 1/21/2009

I recently went in for my first facial ever and was relieved to be met by a friendly receptionist who shared with me her skin woes and wows with the staff help. I came in simply to start shaping my skin up for my wedding this summer since over the counter products were not making a change. After an incredibly relaxing and informative session with Laura I felt totally weightless and beautiful. The products recommended have made a great difference in a very short time. Best Facial in Seattle! 1/10/2009

I have never had good skin until Skinlogics. I have always had an acne problem & had started to see the signs of aging. I it rock bottom after turning 30 when my hormones made my acne unbearable. The knowledge of their estheticians is extensive. I had a very good consultation with time to discuss my history, there seemed to be a focus on ingredients-to make sure the ones that are chosen will be good for me based on my past product use/experience. Need to save face? 7/14/2008

I am a guy and I kept putting off visiting a skinclinic to have my face looked at because...I am a guy. I thought I'd feel awkward sitting in a lobby full of women but I am glad I got over that almost ridiculous notion. Writing a review about this place is really about writing a review about the service I get here. I believe I was fortunate enough to run into Heather for my first appointment and I've had multiple appointments with her since and the level of service in general is very good. Too much pressure to buy products 7/10/2008

I used to visit skin logic regularly for facials but I often left feeling overwhelmed by the sales pressure to purchase products. Every time I have visited (except 2x) I have been asked what product I am currently using and I have been prompted to purchase more. I just wish that they would ask if I am interested in hearing about some other products instead of directly launching into the sales pitch when I am checking out. Declining quality - they left a cyst on my face that lasted for a month 6/25/2008

I've been a regular Skinlogic customer for 2 years. During that time I've learned that, while some of their staff are superb, their management is really poor. The woman who did my last facial got too aggressive trying to clear a blemish and left me with a large cyst on my temple that lasted for a month. An honest mistake, but when I brought it to their attention they didn't offer a refund or even an apology. Hello, I get facials to make my skin look BETTER, not worse. This underscored my impression that the owners are not service-oriented and take a short-term, profit-driven view. Maybe the owners' difficult personalities help explain why three of their top clinicians have left in the last year - just as I'm getting to know who the best staffers are, they leave. Which means their staff is getting gradually less experienced. Time to find a new clinic. more

amazing!!! 5/19/2008

I have to start off by saying I am obsessed with skin care and have tried many, many different spas/clinics in seattle. The staff at SkinLogic were incredibly knowledgable and kind. My skin has always been dry and sensative and i have tried everything under the sun from hundred dollar face creams to regular store brands. Even when i told them that i was very interested in them recommending products for me, they were not pushy at all. my facial was great and she walked me through everything she was doing and why. after she recommend products based on my skin type. i purchased almost all of them and i cannot tell you how happy i am that i did. my skin is no longer irritated, blotchy or dry. i can go out without foundation for the first time in years! SkinLogic is amazing!!! I am telling all my friends about it and will be back for sure! Pros: Everything! Cons: nothing more

Best facial...EVER 5/1/2008

I've had lots of facial through the years and they've been relaxing but not very effective. I recently had the best facial of my life with Amy. She was FANTASTIC! My skin looked amazing afterwards, I had a glow (?) She sugested a few products but there was no pressure at all. She was really patient with all my questions. And my skin still looks great so I think her sugestions were right on the mark. I'll definetly go back to see Amy again. I haven't seen anyone else there, so I can't say what the other estiticans r like but I can't say enough great things about the gal I saw. However, the music is irritating most of it is new age stuff that I don't care for but there was even a lullaby. So if you can get past that and some parking issues it is definetly worth every dime. :) Pros: Amy, glow Cons: Parking, music more
