I have signed up for a series of treatments at a cost of over $8300.00. Yet, I am told, as I lay my $350.00 worth of products on the counter that I have opted to purchase after my first treatment that "I do not qualify for the 10% discount on products that I would have gotten had I signed on for another "facial package of 12 instead of 6". Needless to say, this does not sit well with me. The Clinic Manager offers to sign me on for the additional facials in order for me to receive this discount. I've now had two of my 5 treatments and see little improvement on my dark sun spots which are the primary concern that led me into this new and, for me, untried clinic. I have also received 2 of my Titan treatments which, it is said, will tighten and firm my facial. I'll let you know later if my money has been well spent. As to the atmosphere. . . far from relaxing. More like a doctor's office than a spa. I would opt for the mellow lighting; gentle sound of a waterfall; ready tea and water service; and, complimentary foot massage that I receive while waiting at the other spa that I frequent for my regular maintenance necessities. I'll keep you posted!
Pros: It's close to home.
Cons: No walk in price list included with menu of services - Pricing of packages is confusing and left me wordering if I got as good a deal as I might have.
